BUNKER BG Ltd. is a legitimate administrator of personal data. This means that he has the necessary authorization to work with the personal data and information provided by you. We, BUNKER BG Ltd. consider that it is important to understand how we collect, store, share and use the information about you, as your client, which is personal data. The information is collected at the conclusion of a contract and the establishment of trade relations between us, as well as during the period of their validity.

The services of the Company are not intended for persons under 16 years of age and no personal data is collected from such persons.


According to the applicable provisions of Regulation № 2016/679 (EU), the terms and definitions used in the privacy policy are as follows:

Electronic document - any content stored in electronic form, in particular text or audio, visual or audio-visual recording;

Supervisory body - Commission for Personal Data Protection.


BUNKER BG Ltd. collects and processes the following types of your data - name, PIN / PIN, number, date and authority of issuance of the identity document and address registration, as well as contact details with you, such as mobile / landline phone and / or e- mail address.

In case you are a duly authorized person, we process the following data: name, PIN / PIN, address registration, ID number, date and issuing authority specified in the power of attorney, telephone number.

Basically, the data we process will be provided to us personally by you.

Sometimes we may receive personal data about you from third parties, such as customers, other business partners, government and control authorities and local governments.

BUNKER BG Ltd. does not collect or use in any way: financial information; information concerning sensitive personal data relating to origin; political, religious and other beliefs; Health status; judicial past; participation in trade unions and political organizations.


The Company's services may also be linked to websites operated by unrelated companies and may include advertisements or offer content, functionality or applications developed and maintained by unrelated companies. The Company is not responsible for the personal data protection practices of such unrelated companies.


The data that BUNKER BG Ltd. collects from and for the Users are used for providing services, evaluating, analyzing and improving these services, according to your expectations and interests; increase the level of your satisfaction with the use of the Company's services by providing you with relevant and interesting content for you; to offer you quality customer service, to communicate with you and to answer inquiries; with your prior consent, to send you (by e-mail, SMS, telephone, chat and social media) offers and promotions related to the services of the Company, services / products of related parties and / or partner organizations operating in the field of construction. With your prior consent, we send you marketing messages tailored to your individual interests and needs, via e-mail.


The processing of your personal data is necessary in order to provide the services provided by the Company; in connection with the applicable legislation, insofar as it imposes an obligation on BUNKER BG Ltd. to store such data; on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Company and its counterparties for carrying out economic activity, insofar as the processing of personal data is carried out within the limits strictly necessary for carrying out such economic activity.

In most cases, the processing of your personal data will be on one of the following grounds:

  • the processing is necessary in order to conclude or fulfill an already concluded contract with you;
  • the processing is provided for in a normative act or is in fulfillment of a legal obligation (for example, to disclose tax data to a state body);
  • the processing is in connection with the provision of our legitimate interests as a company and our interests do not contradict your interests, fundamental rights or freedoms (for example, our interest in the development of business and activities of the Company; to increase the efficiency of our processes and practices; our property, etc.)

Each User has the right at any time to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a message to the e-mail address below.


Personal data shall be processed, both automatically and manually, and shall be protected by appropriate security measures, taking into account the state of the art, the cost of implementation, and the nature, scope, context and purpose of the processing. The company introduces appropriate administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to protect the personal data at its disposal from loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. Basically, the data we process will be provided to us by you personally. Our general approach is to retain the personal data of customers only for as long as is necessary to satisfy the purpose for which they were collected by us or provided by you, including for the specified legal period.

For the purposes listed above, the categories of persons to whom your personal data may be disclosed belong to you, to colleagues in the Company, observing the principle of "need to know", to persons, if provided in the normative act (eg to the control bodies and employees of the Ministry of Interior) and to persons who process the data by virtue of a contract (eg to providers of accounting services).


We follow reasonable physical, technical and administrative security standards designed to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, destruction or damage, in accordance with the requirements of our European and national legislation.

We do not provide your personal data to persons outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.


The Company will take steps in accordance with applicable law to keep your personal information accurate, complete and current.

With regard to your data, which we process as an administrator, you have the right to request:

  • The removal of inaccurate personal data (including the addition of incomplete personal data, this addition can be done by signing a declaration on your part);
  • Deletion of personal data applicable only in the following cases:
  • Personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they are processed;
  • In the event that you withdraw your consent to processing (applicable only when the legal basis for processing is consent) and there is no other legal basis for processing;
  • Personal data has been processed illegally;
  • Deletion is necessary in order to fulfill a legal obligation arising from EU law or the law of a Member State that is applicable to the controller of personal data.
  • You have objected to the processing and there are no legal grounds for the processing to take precedence over your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  • Right to limit processing to storage only where:
  • You are disputing the accuracy of the personal data for a period of time that would allow us to verify the accuracy of this data;
  • The processing is illegal, but you do not want the personal data to be deleted, but instead require that their use be restricted;
  • We no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims;
  • You have objected to the processing when its legal basis is "processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party", pending verification that our legitimate interests as controller take precedence over your interests as a data subject.
  • Withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data - in the event that the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall be without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing which has taken place until the withdrawal.
  • You have the right to file a complaint to the Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Protection ( or to seek protection of your rights before the competent court.

We inform you that you can exercise the above rights by submitting a written request for this (Form 1) to the Manager of the Company. The request should be considered and within 1 / one / month of its receipt, the Company will provide you with information on the actions taken in connection with the request. If the Company does not take action on your request, you will be notified within the above period of the reasons for this and the possibility of filing a complaint to a supervisory authority and seeking protection in court. In all of the above cases, we may contact you and request additional information in order to comply with your request.
