Technology and Protection: The heart of every bunker lies in its autonomous survival systems:
• Bunker Doors: Constructed from specially engineered reinforced concrete, these doors are installed during the construction phase. They feature special seals that hermetically isolate the interior spaces and prevent the ingress of any external contaminants. • Technical Room and Power Supply: Dedicated areas are allocated for air and water treatment, as well as a specialized generator room. Generator capacity and electricity production are calculated individually according to the specific requirements of the bunker and the residence it serves. • Water Purification: Water passes through treatment and filtration systems that remove large particles. The system is capable of separating heavy metals from the water and includes UV sterilization. • Advanced Ventilation System: The entire ventilation system is controlled through a specially designed control panel. It can operate in normal mode (similar to a standard residential or office environment) or be switched to a dedicated protection mode in the event of radioactive or chemical contamination.
Evacuation and Peace of Mind: For maximum safety, every bunker is equipped with one or more emergency exits. These ensure that if the main entrance area becomes buried or blocked for any reason, occupants can evacuate safely.
