The construction of bunkers is not an easy task. That is why our team is composed of different professionals in several sectors. The bunker is not just a place to live for a short time, but a secret facility that should preserve your life and the life of your loved ones for a long period of time. The bunker must be constructed in such a way so that it protects you from different natural and social disasters, including nuclear attack, chemical air and water pollution, biological weapons and viruses.
We first research the terrain. This is done by specialist geodesists, geologists and hydraulic engineers so that we find out whether the site is suitable for the construction of a bunker.
After the study has provided the necessary information about the terrain and possible measures for construction and installation equipment, we begin design. It is designed by architects-designers with extensive experience in construction, physicists and various technicians.
The design is followed by the preparation of a construction site for the start of excavation activities. Next is the construction of formwork, reinforced concrete structure and waterproofing. All activities are strictly controlled by supervisory technicians to ensure strict implementation of the approved project.
After the completion of the construction activities we start installation of plumbing and electrical installations. Subsequently, all life support installations of the bunker specification are installed.
An integral part of the construction of the bunker is the restoration of the terrain and its landscaping. The aim is not to notice the presence of construction activities, as well as not to reveal that there is a secret facility under the surface.

Architects, constructors, 3D designers, designers, physicists, specialist technicians, engineers and last but not least yourself – those people all take part in the design of your bunker! The client defines the size and number of rooms they want, as well as the number of people who will live in the bunker. An architectural conceptual design is prepared, on the basis of which the other installations are designed. Once all the projects are ready, you will receive an accurate offer for the construction of the bunker.
The construction begins with the preparation of the construction site for the excavation works. Afterwards the construction of formwork, reinforced concrete structure and waterproofing is in line. The thickness and additives of the concrete are calculated to absorb all types of radioactive emissions. All activities are strictly controlled by supervisory technicians in order to ensure strict implementation of the approved project.
After the completion of the structural shell work, we begin with the installation of electrical and plumbing elements in the bunker. The next step is the installation of life support systems, as well as the external hidden exits. All sensors and measuring devices are installed, together with additional systems and extras ordered by the customer. After each installation the testing of the respective system is mandatory. The tests are performed more than once before we issue a warranty certificate.
An integral part of the project for the construction of your bunker is the reconstruction of the terrain, the clearance of all construction waste and its landscape architecture. The purpose is for no one to be able to tell that there is a secret facility under the site.
